Copy the PHP code from my WordPress sync that integrates WHMCS to my other Worpress theme

okay freelancers i will try to explain this project base on my best knowledge i have a WordPress website as a front end and using WHMCS for billing i have one of my site integrated to WHMCS using a powerful SYNC code from WordPress to WHMCS basically what this does it sync the header and footer of the WordPress look to make WHMCS billing system look the same as the WordPress theme when ever you change any thing on the WordPress part and you click the sync button on worpress it will automatically update the header and footer of the WHMCS ad will. now this code is already done from my WordPress website what i need is some one Who can copy this code and and make my other WordPress theme do the same thing that it gets intergeted with WHMCS via sync using the code where i have on my website that currently has this functions.
