Need experienced developer to create new features in Vtiger. You must be familiar with the older versions of the CRM

Will be required to create various new features including
1) Independent admin section for clients.
2) Independent templates one different for each user
3) 7 modifications and new functions in the Vtiget CMS.
Make a new installation for development and a live version for live usage.
Full details have been given in the documentation. You must give a clear indication of the time required to develop these features and the cost.
This project is urgent and I would like to start and finish as soon as possible. Escrow payments can be made as each step of the development is completed.
FULL PAYMENT will be only after full testing and bug free development.
You will be required to work on this project until finished and ready to start as soon as you are selected. I gave this project to a development company but they are too slow and I need a solution quickly.
