Ajax PHP Form

Hello - I need someone who can help make my form work via ajax (no page load).

There are only two fields...I am currently using the jQuery framework, should be an easy job for someone who understands jQuery PHP and oscommerce.

I this need complete in a few hours, developer must be available on Yahoo or MSN
