Copy/create editable PDF forms

Hi, I specialize in creating custom-made, interactive PDF forms. Once you have the file in Word set up the way you want it to look I can take it and convert it to a fillable PDF form, including all of the scripts and buttons required to make it work as you want it to. I am new to Freelancer, and so have budgeted accordingly for this job to build up my profile. I can undertake the work, and provide examples before payments. I can do pretty much anything you require as far as interactivity is needed, but the more complex this is the higher the costs. An email submit is certainly no problem and included within my price. Most of my work is for Insurers/Lloyd's of London and financial services based business.
