Develop a Mac Application

I am finding a engineer for a quick project of a mac application. I am developing a project that is basically need to open certain amount of random pictures from a specific folder, and a Arduino trigger the program to minimize the windows in turn and close them after, there are new windows opening at the same time. It is going to be used as a projection of an art installation that is use a real vacuum(Arduino attached) to clean the desktop. The application should have serial communication with Arduino. I am using a infrared sensor to detect if the vacuum head is close enough to the wall. I am done with the Arduino part, but I don't have any experience with Applescript. I need your help.
