I'm looking for a software which detects the suit and value of playing cards of a spread deck on a black background. (See example pictures) 1) Read in picture or camera frame 2) Analyze for playing cards (read indexes of cards) 3) If overlapped (only half index showing) playing cards can be recognized would be great 4) Output information in an Array or Output .txt File It would be great if openCV could be used. I'd love to get the source code and all rights on this project.

Hello. Your requirements are quite clear. My bid is for program written in C++, no GUI, works on Windows. As an input it'll take spread deck image with quality and resolution compatible with values on your examples. As an output it will produce text file enumerating the cards indexes one by one.
