Adobe CS3 and .NET development

I am looking for experience programming expertise in Adobe CS3 and .NET 2.0/C#.

The job consists of two small projects:

Project1:

Fill an Adobe CS3 InDesign Template with pictures from a folder, save the InDesign document as a new file with the embedded pictures.

Project2:

Convert InDesign document to PDF.

Requirements:

- Adobe CS3 must be installed on the machine and the projects

must reference the Adobe CS3 SDK.

- Projects must be created with Visual Studio 2005, .NET 2.0,

C# (include instructions on how to compile and execute the

project)

- The visual studio project must be Web projects using ASPX

(able to choose which InDesign document you want to convert)

- The project must be using the Adobe CS3 SDK and no licensed

sub-components.

- Deliver InDesign template used by the projects

I am looking for a long term relationship with the right programmer, this is just a startup project. Do provide details about your experience with the above.
