Hi, I would like a web site, where people can create an account (name, email, address, phone number). Once logged they can "post" an add for a book they want (will give the specifics later), a location (from a database list), and what they would like to pay for the book. Other users will be able to view (and search) the list, and the location, and if they have the book, they can post a "reply" with what they would like for it. Both parties will not be able to see any details of the other users. If the first user wants to contact one of the people that replied, they will need to make a payment via paypal, and the other persons details will be shown. Users will be able to manage the posts they have (view, mark as unavailable, mark a reply as rejected, or get reply contact details). Also I would like this to be written in .net + sql, and have very nice graphics and user interface. i would like the developer to be available to make other changes in the future. Also in the future i may also want this data to be accesibly via mobile apps (iphone, android, and winmo) but this is a 2nd stage.
