I need a Website framework using ASP/VB.NET and CSS. I usually pick someone quickly. So respond to emails today.
I'm willing to pay $100-150 for this work.
Goals:
1) Customized layout of boxes for website content.
2) Content will be controlled based on default layout, but user can customize their experience and their profile will be remembered (client side)
3) Box creation must be unlimited to administrator and technical specifications must be provided as to how to accomplish this
4) All layouts must be managable for fonts colours, text size, etc. via style sheet selection
5) Default RSS stylesheet must be provided to quickly create RSS fed boxes.
6) Boxes must also be collapseable
7) Web page user should also be able to create boxes with custom content based on search results - framework only
8) Box types should be statis (cannot be removed), Dynamic (changeable), Custom content
9) Box sizing should be variable length, but fixed width of 1/3 or 2/3 page options over 3 columns
