Automatic reading of PDF invoices.

Hi We are looking for a someone that can develop a web application that can interpret PDF invoices. We want it built in .NET. Web application automatically detects the amount, tax amount, and more. If the system cant find the data you should be able to click on the amount on the pdf so the correct data gets extracted, it should then save this so the next time you scan the pdf it should remember what you picked. The data should be exported to XML. Pdf invoices will be stored for different customers and different id. The application should be able to read an mail account so the customers can email and the system read the attached pdf-file and tries to extract data from it. It must be that there is a super admin adds companies that in turn add their customers.
