C# Help With Assignment

I am working on a C# assignment that requires me to re-slice an image in a picture box to create a sorting game. I have the code developed up to the point where I can re-set the size of the control boxes to the grids of 2x2, 4x4, and 6x6 but I have not been able to re-size the image in the picture box, and I have attached the latest version of my code.
