Diagram Designer WPF Control

We have certain web design workflows in which the design is in a certain state at any given time and the flow of work proceeds from one state to another upon certain action taken. We refer to any state as “state” and any path that leads to or from this state as “connection”. A state should show certain information to the user including • The name of this state • A description of this state • A unique identifier for this state (usually alphanumeric) • An image which shows the current state of the design; when mouse is moved over, a magnifying glass appears which when clicked opens the image in a larger mode NOTE: please see attached file for details NOTE: bids with screenshots/samples will be preferred
