Application for floor & paints Selections

Requirements: Input Take Dimensions of a particular room as Input. Take length and Width of a particular area. Allow customer to drag and drop different parts and sections of a room. User should be allowed to pick the stuff from picker and place it based on their location. for Example pick Shelves, Racks and place accordingly based on the location of their presence in the room. Accordingly based on the size of the room, customer can pick colors for the room from the picker. Need to display 3d view of the room based on the colors they have picked and show the cost. Also based on the size of the room, they can pick up the flooring type, then we have to display the look based on the floor type selected in 3d view. Also provide the number of tiles required and their cost. If working for bathrooms it should be able to execute the selection of picking different style tile for floor and walls. It also should be able to pick and select the required sanitary stuff like wash basin , shower, taps etc. All the displays and views should 3 dimensional with 360 degree view. . This web application should be 100% user friendly with rich graphics compatible on all handheld devices and on all web browsers. And we need to have this interfaced through a mobile in the later stages. Which will not be included in the current phase.
