We have an installation of Asterisk PBX.

We would like to program Asterisk to send out calls randomly to a database of numbers. These calls need to be made at random intervals to and should last a random duration of between 30 seconds to 30minutes.

Ideally, we would like to generate between 10,000 - 15,000 minutes daily.

Since our existing Asterisk installation is custom and has been majorly tweaked, we would prefer if the selected freelancer does not recompile Asterisk.
