Create Vb.net stock application

Hi, I need to create inventory application for tobacco warehouse with this feature : - operator data management ( Just Ordinary CRUD operation) - Login Operator - farmer data Management ( Just ordinary CRUD operation) - farmer box management (Just Ordinary CRUD operation, Each farmer can have many box ), box id started from A001 until A999. after A999 the box data will start again from B001 until B999 and so on. - Input Farmer tobacco transaction - Input Company profile info ( admin can seting the Company name, address, phone etc, only have input and edit operation without add and delete operation. ) - Basic price setting / kg ( admin can setting the price , ,only have input and edit operation without add and delete operation) - NPO setting ( NPO is something like discount, admin can setting the NPO price. this NPO use fixed amount, not percentage ) , only have input and edit operation without add and delete operation - Print transaction receipt ( It will use Epson LX310 paper setting ) Here the program will work : 1. Operator execute the program 2. Operator login to application 3. Farmer bring his tobacco crops , then operator open the transaction menu then input the Farmer id ( this will make farmer name and farmer village filled data based on farmer id. on the menu below this data, operator input the box id, bruto crops, netto crops and then the price & total price will automatically totaled based from basic price setting on setting menu. after all box stored , total price will reduced by NPO x how many box bring by farmer. ( ex : farmer bring 3 box with total price 20.000, and NPO setting is 5000 , so the total price will reduced by NPO x 3 or 20.000 – ( 5000 x 3 ). Operator will give the total price money to the farmer. Here is two option, Operator can give all the total price to the farmer then set the transaction status to “settled”, or Operator give some of the total money then set the rest money as Deposit, and also set the status to “deposit”. And then Operator print the transaction detail receipt and give it to the farmer. All data for this transaction will stored on database, so operator can see old transaction , edit it and print it again from “all Transaction” menu. I already create all of the form, you just only create the database, CRUD and Coding logic. I use mysql on xampp to manage the database and Visual Studio 2010 for the coding. The complex part is only on step 3, I think other part will be easy for expert programmer :) Here i attach some of form that i create, so you can imagine the application.
