create 2 simple webpages in python/asp/java/ruby

I need 2 web pages doing the same as '[login to view URL]' and '[login to view URL]' to be created for each of those programming languages (python/asp/java/ruby), 8 pages will be made. Some points:
- on '[login to view URL]' when the form submitted then a new row appear on the table
- on '[login to view URL]' when a value picked on the dropdown then on corresponding contact row on '[login to view URL]' the "last date-time displayed" column the value is updated
- data are saved on a mysql db, the database is called "contact"
- fields name are "user_id"/"username"/"email"/"lastname"/"firstname"/"last_visited"
