fix my mysql DBs charsets and collations to make importing data easier

you must be able to read and write arabic to take this project. You must be in France or Switzerland and I must meet you in person before I would give you full access to my databases. You would do this project ONLY under my supervision, in person. If I can't come to you to do this work, I would pay you public transportation to come to meet me (easyjet, train or bus). I am looking for an arabic mysql *EXPERT* (and nothing less than an EXPERT) to handle this project. 1) Check our 10GB mysql Database and optimize it. 2) fix the charset and collation issues. Server Parameters are : MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8) MySQL connection collation: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8) our DB is : latin1_swedish_ci as are most of the tables in it, latin1_swedish_ci However the text that we store in that DB is arabic, thus its usual encoding is win-1256 If you understand what I mean, the data is being COERCED into the latin1 encoding in the DB. it is time to convert all of this data correctly and professionally. Why are we doing this? 1) be able to read / modify the arabic data in the cells and fields correctly in phpmyadmin 2) make it easier to import new data in text files saved on windows (we will follow the format you recommend for the encoding of the data) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
