basic button pushing registry with counting system

Hardware: arduino with bluetooth connected to a smartphone. 8 button/switch with 8 corresponding leds. Perhaps more depending on arduino board. Software: 1) program 1 Start button on app- starts timer, with each corresponding button/switch press the led turns on. Once last led is on, app displays time. If some leds are still off and the finish button is pressed on app, the app will display percentage x/8. 2) program 2 Set variable number - Start button on app - starts timer - random led lights up and stays lit until corresponding button/switch press. Once led is off another random led is lights up until the set variable number is reached at which time the app will display time. If the finish button is pressed on app, the app will display percentage x/set variable number. 3) program 3 Setting - set the number of button/switch 1-8(1-? depending on board) Starting i will be using the uno board, I have tested it with 8 buttons/switch, I believe using a mega I can get up to 30, not sure though). Diagnostic - Lights up all the leds, with corresponding button/switch turns off leds. Would like apps for both android and ios, but depending on price one will be fine. Also would be interested in additional programs, also depending on price.
