I need a mobile phone app for both Android and IPhone that will:
*download a subset of the data that is on our website and make this accessible via the app.
*allow us to push out messages to the end user.
*allow the user to contact us.
*allow the user to set up an account on our system.
*allow the user to buy our products.
*redirect the user to a micro website through the link on the app.
Note: we do not wish to develop a micro site.
The application will be developed in stages starting with content download and messaging first.
It is a pre-condition of the contract that the developer must hand over the source code and the IP.
