Cross platform notifications qt qml c++

I am wanting a cross platform qml plugin making which will be a little similar to the VPlay plug it but no where near as complicated. It needs to be cross platform and work with iphone and android. I will be able to just use the qml object as easily as i would any other qmlm object after importing the right lib. I would be able to reference it by its assigned id and other qml elements would be able to fire off a local notification. On android or ios it would just work.

If someone can do this the please bid and contact me for any further details.

The code also has to be good quality and well documented.
