I need someone to create a Live Wallpaper app for Android Google play market. App should be written with java for Android. The Live Wallpaper has to be of Outer space, stars, planets, etc. Should look like something out of Google Earth. The app shouldn't be to big in size. Home screen of the initial app should be simple and straight forward. The app needs to have the capability of staying on while the phone is on sleep. Should have the option of 1min, 5min, 10min, 1hr, Always on. The app interface needs to be able to move when the screen is touched and it should move the stars and planets in a consecutive rotation. Details are key. Should also be able to be added in the settings of the phone as a Live Wallpaper. Written in Java. Must know Java and know Live Wallpaper applications.
