Create Image Gallery Android App

I need a simple Android app (including source code) that will display an image gallery with different pictures I will insert myself when creating the app.
App must be compatible with latest Android OS version and min SDK Version “8”. Must be fully responsive for mobiles and tablets, and it should display in full screen.
On the bottom there should be 2 arrows (Left and Right) which will help the user to browse the gallery. In between the arrows, there should be a button to give user the option to Save the image into his device. On the top, there should be a space for banner ad.
One splash screen when starting the app. When user press “Back” button to exit app, an exit splash screen to appear. User given an option to visit another URL or exit the app completely.
Integrate advertising SDK for 2 different ads network into the app. Let me know if you need to view the advertising SDK before you quote.
