We need a mobile app that has user registration and login database with a score system that adds points to the user's account everytime he/she scan a valid QR code.

With those point the user must be able to purchase several different coupons, everytime a coupon is purchased the users receives an e-mail confirming the purchase of said coupon, coupons are not stackable.
