Camera app for Android

I need a simple application for taking photos and uploading them to a network location. The main screen of the app should ask the user for several text fields: - Project # - Work Order # - Work Order Rev - Work Order Line ONLY when all these fields have been populated (I will provide you with a required format/mask for each field) will the app allow the user to take a picture. The picture-taking functionality should be fully featured and be able to adjust the camera settings as is typical. Video is not required. When a picture is taken it should be displayed to the user and the user is asked to review it, selecting either to "Keep", "Retake", or "Cancel". - Keep saves the photo and begins the upload as described below - Retake discards the photo and leaves the user in the camera mode to take another - Cancel discards the photo and returns the user to the main screen Once a photo is taken the app should return to the start screen and display an upload status bar. Files will be uploaded by calling a web based php script and passing the Project # and Work Order #'s as parameters as well as uploading the picture itself. An option to cancel the upload should be provided. When the upload is complete, or cancelled, the user should be prompted if they'd like to take another picture, or if they'd like to start over. - If taking another picture, the main screen is displayed but the Project and WO # fields are NOT cleared. - If starting over, the main screen is displayed but the project and WO # fields are cleared
