Build a HTML5 application that will packaged for mobile devices

Projet 1: FIG - FinTech Startup Idea Generator

I have launched an online idea generator ([url removed, login to view]) I would like it to be available on mobile devices as mobile application. In order to reduce costs and be able to deploy it to several mobile OSes with the same code base, the application should be made with HTML5 and CSS so that I can use a packaging solution like Apache Cordova.

For this reason, I would have the complete source code delivered to me and I will take care of the rest myself.

The logic is quite simple: from each of 3 arrays of words, one word has to be randomnly picked and from the 3 picked words, a sentence should be made by filling the blanks in a sentence and the final sentence should be displayed to the user. When the user the button \"Reload new idea\" touches, a new idea will be generated with the previous logic.

For the application, I need

1. one splash screen with a logo in the middle, and a copyright in the footer

2. 4 pages one can access through a bottom tabbar:

2.1. one page \"ideas\" with the generated idea, this page is the first page accessed after the splash screen is gone and will already have a generated idea. It will have

2.1.1. one button \"reload new idea\", which will as the name says, generate a new idea

2.1.2. one button \"recommand\", which will launch the mail app of the device and allow the user to send the recommanded idea per mail. Subject and body of the mail will be generated

2.2. one page \"about\" with only some texts

2.3. one page \"contact\" with my contact details and a link to an email address that will launch the mail app of the device and allow the user to send me a message per mail. Subject of the mail will be generated

2.4. one page \"settings\", which will allow the user to choose the language in which the idea will be generated

As the user will be able to change the language of the application, there will be:

- sets of 3 arrays of words for each language and the words have to be randomly choosen from the right sets of words

- a different sentence with blank to be filled per language

- the subject and the body of the \"recommand\" will be according to the language

- the subject of the \"contact\" mail will be according to the language.

Maybe, only maybe, there should also be the possibilite to place iAds (or whatever is done for the different platforms) as the application will be free.

I prefer the work to be done either with jQuery Mobile or using iOnic but any HTML5 framework will be fine as long as it is performant

Please don\'t apply or bid for this project if you are not willing to agree to all the following:

- I only have a budget of 200 USD, so please don\'t bid if your bid will be more than that.

- The work will be paid in at least 3 installments (not less): 30% for you to start the work, 30% when you will show me the work you have done and I have tested it (during this time, I could ask for some changes and tweaking), 40% after you have given me the final version key-in-hand, meaning all the source codes as I will surely be adding some other languages myself after.

NB: You *have* to show me work you have already done and that I can see either online or in an App Store !!! or I will not even consider your bid
