Let me tell you about the document you attached. Basically, your app should have all the common aspects of a typical android app (like for a project or something). Just take a look at the Udacity android app course. They teach all the basic aspects in an android app. The reason why I mentioned this is I have already done that course. So it would be easy for me to build exactly what you require. All the stuff that you wanted in the app (with intents, caching data, user permissions and all) will be submitted as an android studio project. Here's my idea for the app (if the internet can be used): A weather application which loads the weather from online and presents to the user. The Home screen will have very few cities (so that won't be complex) and the user can change them to his desired location. On clicking on the city, it would load the second activity with the detailed view of the weather forecast. It will cache the weather and refreshes in user wish. Idea for app with no connectivity: A to-do app (I guess that explains everything). The to-do items are stored locally in a database. I would like to work with you on the above ideas.
