Apache Cordova with Visual Studio Expert

Create an Apache Cordova frontend for an app. We need the freelancer to create the frontend connected to the existing web api. So the you are expected to master the following skills: - Apache Cordova - Angular.js - Ionic framework You will be part of a broader team. You're expected to communicate with the project manager and develop your scope on a project branch, which means you have to be comfortable working with Visual Studio Online to view and manage tasks and upload to the collective repository. Attached is the document that describes the app frontend that we need for this step. All business rules are already in place. Developer will have to build the interfaces and validations for data-entry, the operations performed by the user will call the web api that is ready in the project.
