Android bug fix

Hi, I need someone to fix a bug that another freelancer created. I have an android app that is really a webview with some extra tools and features (few different fragments). One of the features is the user ability to set a weekly reminder (using the notification system) - the user picks days of the week and the time of day and at that time and day of the week (every week) he gets a notification that it is time for using the app and learn another lesson. (For instance, notify me every Sunday and Tuesday at 16:00). Also, by default a reminder is set to the time and day of which the app was installed (which the user can change with the same reminder screen) As i said I payed a freelancer to develop this feature, but it is not working well. I need someone to fix it. I guess that a skilled developer can do this job in 10-20 minutes...
