Android Live Face Swapping App

Hi, I'm looking for a talented developer that can create an app that captures the face from the camera and adds another face from a predefined mask over it, showing the face in realtime. Video recording and saving should also be included (no more than 30 second videos though). I will provide the graphics (icon, interface) in PNG/PSD format.
