Android App - Need to filter inbox from the messages sent by the master app (desktop) to the mobile app + implement payouts

App already exists, but has some flaws.
Users get paid for running the app in the background and connected to internet.
Needed end results:
- SMS Messages sent by the master desktop app need to be filtered from the inbox once the necessary sms information is exchanged between the desktop and mobile. Ideally the handset user wouldn't even notify the Android user about the incoming sms.
- Payouts need to be implement - since users are getting paid for running the app online, they need get monthly payments. Brainsteer or Stripe would both fit, probably. However Payeer, Dwolla, Mangopay or others could still be used in this case.
