convert Android app to Hybrid mobile phone app - repost

Summary of the project: converting an Android app to hybrid mobile app. I have already an Android app that is complete and working, but now I need to move it to a Hybrid mobile phone app so it can also be converted to IOS app and potentially Windows and Blackberry’s apps. This app makes intensive use of accessing an API on my web server for data. It also uses device native tools like: • Writing and reading to/from local file system (locale database could also be used instead). • Switching Wi-Fi ON/OFF and show/connect to available networks (in the Android app we make use of the available Android Wi-Fi view). • Intercepting SMS messages and look for specific text in the header. App Requirements: • The hybrid mobile app needs to support language files for localization. • The hybrid mobile app needs to have some sort of a preference menu. • The hybrid mobile app needs to adapt to different screen sizes (i.e...phone/tablets). • Exceptions need to be handled properly. 99% of this app is forms, lists (some lists have grouping), sending data to the API on my web server and receiving response data (JSON) from the web server. There is nothing majorly complicated. To give you an idea of what needs to be done, the attached document pages are showing a few screenshots and provide some details of the workflow. Please note that the MAIN MENU shows all the main features of the app and NEW SERVICE REPORT is one of these features. Once you have been awarded the project, you will get all the screenshots and a copy of the Android app. Since the Android app is already working, ALL the scripts on the API on my web server are already existing and working. This project does not involve working on the API. You just need to pass parameters to the web request and handle the response back from the API in the same manner and format as the Android app. The final milestone will be a working version of the app on Iphone/Ipad.
