Develop Iphone and Android apps for DJs

Hello freelancers, Here the project is about recording some drop for DJs, dj sometimes sends a "script" to the artists email for the artist to read and send back as a drop. The artist or dj needs a studio to record them in and sometimes it just is an inconvenience to do them and they just don't get done. The solution is to create an app to streamline this and make it better and more efficient. Record it on the phone and send it. It would sort of work like an email. The script would show up in the inbox and the person opens it and can read it while recording. And after send it back. Then the person can download it and use it on there Mixtape or how ever. I need this for both platform, Iphone and Android. Please mention 'WST PRO' at beginning of your proposal, only expert are needed. Thanks
