Clone an iOS/Android App

I need to hire someone that helps me with the following: 1. Develop iOS and Android apps similar to this one => BBC NEWS : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The app will be very similar but in Spanish . We will provide Spanish texts We need you to provide us full source code and help us publish the app in both app stores with our developer accounts. 2. We need a sort of multi-user web management system to be able to update the app contents. You can offer us the best alternative you know for this. It cloud be a tailored base software or it could be a known CMS, such us Wordpress or Joomla. But whatever method you choose, the design of the app needs to be like BBCs´ app. We also need full code of this. We will provide server where this will be hosted (Linux, MySQL, PHP) 3. Train us in how to update app contents 4. Warranty for 3 months after publishing the apps, that everything is OK. If an error is found. We will need your cooperation in fixing it.
