Android app for quiz

This is supposed to be an quiz app for android to start with. There is an existing app that can scan qr code and send to web service, this is supposed to be extended. The app should scan a qr code (completed) send the data to a web service (completed) recieve xml-format "question" and "answer" objects and present these to the user. Like a quiz. for a limited time the user gets to answer the question by pressing one of the answers provided The user will se a progress bar or similar showing how much time is remaining. The time allowed to answer will be provided with the questionitem-data from the web service the answer is sent to the web service. (question-id, answer-id and some kind of id for user) The web service (REST, returns json) is not part of the project but will be available for testing. This is a prototype app so the graphics should be minimal effort it should be designed so that it is easy to change afterwards The app should have a menubar at the top with a settings icon and a information icon - more buttons might be added later in the project There should be a space for ads and some kind of ad displayer (ad rotator?) The ad displayer (3rd party?) should recieve data from web service We would like to run this as a kind of an agile project where the app is functional (simple) early on in the project and then ther different parts are completed through iterations These functions will probably be added during the project Facebook login / integration GPS position on map (not included in this project but will be added later on) iPhone version (not included in this project but will be added later on) Feel free to post questions.
