Cross Platform Radio App with PhoneGap

We need a radio app that can:
* Stream from the provided IP and port
* Source files should be in our github account
* Should be cross-platform (wink wink phonegap!)
* Can be stopped on the control and lock screen.
* It should show the artists and song title on the control and lock screens.
* We will own the code once it is complete.
* You an use some dummy graphic and we will put the graphics later but the place holders must be there.
* It should keep playing music in background when the app loses focus or when the screen is locked.
This is a low budget app, so if you are aiming high don't bid!
