Blackberry Crime fighter application

I need a special application developed for all models of Blackberry smart phones. The application will need to be client-server and be able to send and receive pictures, video and sound. The following is a description of the application. Centralized database application that communicates with Blackberry Clients. Client Software: Receive Crime alerts from the central crime database application these will be displayed as text and pictures and contain detailed information about crimes currently taking place. Users can select a crime alert and choose to upload relevant information related to the crime. The uploaded information can be video, pictures, sound clips or typed text in a notes field. If Sound clip, video or picture is chosen the device shoud prompt the user to select a file from device memory or capture the information using the device camera, microphone or keyboard. For Sound, video or picture the user will be prompted using menu shortcuts for speed to enter required metadata, this is described in the attached document as well. Users can also chose to report a crime in progress that does not yet have a related crime alert in the central database. If they do this all of the funtions stated above to upload data will be allowed but other details must be entered as well. User submitted Crime Alerts must contain the attached data: The system should allow the server administrator to post advertisements for sponsors. The sponsor ads should scroll across the screen and when clicked on they should bring up a full screen advertisement which can contain pictures and a link to the advertisers site. The Central Crime database should be acessable to all smartphone subscribers and web browsers ananymously. Subscribers are recognised based on their Blackberry PIN. The attached Document will describe the fnctionality of the Central database application. Crime alerts that are issued by the central database system (displayed on the Blackbery Handset) will contain the information in the attached document.
