Hello there is an android app in which you input a car plate license number , you press enter and it will output if it is stolen or not I would like to know if you could modify this app to save in a txt file, all the license plate i input during the day with the result (stolen yes/no) or maybe more complicated to modify it to read the car plates from one TXT file and check them automatically i will send you by chat the name of the APP so you can evaluate if it is possible and tell me the price my budget is around $50-60 us$ thank you
