create an app using my Database of restaurants in Sint-Maarten/Saint Martin in the West Indies to provide answer based first of the localisation and after on the kind of food one is looking for. There is no plan to make reservation in our system .... Once the client has selected the place he dial and manage on his own.
The app should be free - a small annual fee will be charged to the restaurant for managing and updating his data and pics.
Due to the fact that Sint-Maarten/Saint Martin in the West Indies has no strong coverage in 3G we need to include the database in the app - More info will be available once the user is wifi connected
