looking for a budget for android app, first for tablets (honeycomb specially but working on others too). App should have 5 sections 3 of them with excel like interfaces, data must be parsed from internet. Formulas will be provided when they are complex or explained when they are simple and programmer should look for the easiear aplication of the later. In two sections charts should be made, in the first version quite simple, but in a future hire the app will be upgraded in that particular item. A final section will organize video tutorials and text explnations that should be linked across the app.
Versions in spanish and english, ill provide the visual text for both.
On start a login should be asked to see if the person has the rights to use the software, and that should be checked in a database. Work should be saved with different names to be able to check and load previous work
Budget in price and time will be taking into account if different than the publication
Future upgrades, will be made as different projects and will include, upgrading the app, making phone versions, and perhaps going for ipad /iphone
