Develop a user-driven list application of date-specific items, uploaded through a web application that will include a dashboard for item management. This is an app targeted to both users and businesses, so it needs to handle two types of users with different privileges / features.
The list will be pulled from a database that will be populated by business users using the dashboard, and will be displayed to the users via the app.
Branding, Logo, Color Scheme, UI and UX will be provided by us, and some screenshots are already available upon request.
** IMPORTANT FEATURES **
- Items can be displayed in both list / map view. Google Maps API is mandatory.
- Users can filter items by date using a date picker.
- A longer list of filters / sorts can be used to further narrow results.
- User interaction per item such as "Like" feature or sharing.
- Users will be requested to setup an account for certain interactions with item. Facebook and Google Plus Sign up should be an option.
- Business accounts can manage items using dashboard, including deleting / changing date / featured image / etc.
- Item interaction statistics and analytics should be displayed to Business accounts in dashboard
- User accounts need to be able to save preferences for later searches, as well as save their favorite items / business.
- Business overall rating (out of 5 stars) can be pulled from Google Business accounts.
