i need an app for android, blackberry, iphone
- the app get the lat/long from the GPS phone
- every 5 minutes send a data frame to a server (ip and port) Just like a GPS tracker device.
- (The server has a DCS Device communication Server taht read the data frame). The DSC already exists.
- The frame is composed of date, time, lat, long, battery, speed, (the details will be specified later)
- the app must run in background.
- the app must send alerts in case of close.
- the app must run when the phone starts.
- the app must run in early versions of operatiive systems
