Convert .exe flash app into Android application

I'm posting for the third time. Previous bidders failed to show any result. The idea is very simple. We have a WIndows application: [login to view URL] (approx 200Mb) - ATTENTION, some antivirus will show there's a threat but it has no virus. So do your extraction/decompiling work either in linux or in a virtual box of windows with antivirus turned off. It's flash based. So, theoretically, it's possible to extract/decompile the SWF from the exe file and then to package it to run on android. The exe is supposed to be Adobe Flash based but we're not 100% sure. Can you try to decomplie it and rebuild it for android (might need Adobe AIR to run)? Is extracting SWF from this EXE possible? If you manage, please post the SWF or some of the decomplied files so we can award you the project. Once you can demonstrate that extraction worked and you can successfully compile a working apk to run on Android - we got a deal! NOTE: Maybe you have a better idea of reverse-engineering this app anc converting it to run on Android - bring it on! But still, promises don't count.
