Chromecast emulator (receiver) app for Android

I am after someone who can build me an app that can emulate the Chromecast hardware on an Android device.. That means this app will be found by all Chromecast sender app and will be able to receive Chromecast commands, etc.... everything the Chromecast device will be capable of. For the Youtube one button pairing feature, watch this video and the text in the link first... [login to view URL] e.g. One button pairing using IOS [login to view URL] It is possible that a modified anymote protocol is used for this feature but it seems to be undocumented. [login to view URL] Note: Google TV emulator doesn't have the server component, so doesn't work there. The server component is not present in the Youtube app for Google TV. ------- Prerequisite: you must have Chromecast hardware unless you can work out the protocol without. I have high expectation and don't bother submitting a proposal if you can't prove your ability to achieve what I need. I expect you to submit something, preferably an app to demonstrate that you have a good idea how to emulate Chromecast pairing protocol if you want to work on this project.
