Build an Application

Hi all, The project, as far as I know, should be a simple one, requiring the building of an Android & iPhone application. The application will have approximately 5 different screens containing content including a settings page, timer & donations page. Please note that the contents of the application will be for mature audiences (though not adult/sexual content). The application will be free to use and will hopefully contribute to a better society, so rest assured your work should hopefully be rewarding. I do not have any coding or IT experience so will be relying on you to get the job done and to give me ideas and suggestions on layout. If you have any completed past projects please send me these. Put simply all I want is a working application that people will find useful. Please note if you are successful I will ask you to make an undertaking/sign a simple contract that clarifies confidentiality, you will not be the owner of any of the works carried out etc… Finally I have placed the project in the Very Small price bracket as I have no idea what these projects cost, could be less or more, not sure.
