Battery life app - Mobile app for Android and Blackberry

I need a mobile app developer to create an app for Android and blackberry mobile phones with the source code for me. I put it to charge when going to sleep but the phone will be fully charge while I'm asleep so I need my app to disconnect the power source to protect the battery life to last longer. Feature#2 I went to a Saturday's night party so I put my mobile to charge at 3:00am (and I know it will be fully charged while I'm asleep my phone was fully charge at 6:00am since I used my App to stopped the charging process when the phone was fully charge and I woke up at 2:00pm it's been 8 hours that my phone was NOT charging and its 50% full so i need to make my app to reconnect my phone to charge when the battery is at least 85% full so when I wake up i don't have to worry about my half empty battery instead I will have 90 o 99% of my battery charged but in SILENT mode, we don't want to know when the mobile is connecting or disconnecting while sleeping. Most off the mobile phones make a little noise when we connect?disconnect them from the power source. Feature#3 everybody wants to know how much battery they have left to use. Feature#4 I'm at work and I won't be using my mobile until I get to my brake or when my manager doesn't see me, LOL. but if I have all the apps running using my phone's radio,wifi,data it will die really fast, instead I prefer to turn everything off with a SINGLE CLICK a button and use it only as the old fashion mode -Call and receive calls and texts - during X period of time so I can save my battery's power when I get off from work and enjoy all my apps without thinking that my phone it's about to DIE Than I can Just press the button and turn everything back on.
