I want a piece of software to allow me to share a small part of the screen on a tablet to a monitor.
The tablet will be running android 4.0 and is 7" and the monitor is a 19" model.
The monitor or TV will be without a computer.
The part of tablet screen to be shared is only 1/4 of the screen but it has to appear on the monitor covering the full screen and keeping the aspect ratio and without any of the navigation or menu buttons on the tablet.
The application has to have the ability to run constantly whilst other applications are running and cannot be switched off by the user.
It must not block or interfere with the menu system of the tablet so normal use of the tablet is maintained.
The application has to start automatically as the tablet is turned on.
This application is needed to help with another specific application that needs screen sharing to a monitor for just a part of the tablet display.
