Android interaction with OpenGL application

Hi everyone, Basically im looking into android touch screen device interaction with a pc application. I need to develop a basic OpenGL application (using standard librarys) to display multiple images and an Android application either for smart phone or tablet that can connect to the application over my network or blue tooth and interact with the application. The android application must be able to choose which images to load, move the images around, zoom in and out of images ect. The openGL application with eventual run on a huge array of monitors so the idea of the project is to show how a user can interact with an application through the android device. It has to be OpenGL as the cluster of linux pc's that run the large array of monitors interpret the openGL commands through chromium. However this is not important as if it runs on my personal linux machine it will work on the main machine. For any more technical information or anything i have missed please contact me.
