Android countdown and find the X marked spot

I am looking to have an app made that will be very simple. When the user downloads the app it will only display a countdown, on a black screen until the date i provide, then when it hits that date a compass will appear which will direct the user to a set of co-ordinates that i provide. It will display how far away from the co-ordinates you are just above the compass. I have the logo already, and the name decided which i will provide.
