Android background application which reads accelerometer when shaken

I need an android application which does the following: * Runs as a background "process." (I'm not sure if this means an "activity" or the correct nomenclature in Android). The app should be installed, and then run in the background (so it only needs to be launched once and then will always be listening for activity). The point is that I want the app restarted and running automatically if the phone is rebooted. * When the phone is shaken twice (up, down, up, down) the app should wake up and present a user with a "toast" which says "You just shook me!" * The app should have a preferences screen which allows the user to start and stop the background process. * The app should have a list view in the preferences section. At the top there should be a button to add a new item to the list. Once an item has been added, each item in the list should have three fields: fieldA, fieldB, fieldC. There should also be a delete button.
