Android application that records CPU temperature and frequency

Hi, We want an application that records the CPU temperature and frequency and time in a text or excel file. Currently there is an application that shows the CPU temperature and frequency called "CPU temperature". But it doesn't record it anywhere, just shows the numbers. The CPU temperature and frequency are available in "temp" files in the /sys/ folder. But only the most recent reading is available. What we want is those readings versus time so that we can use the data and plot ourselves. Eventually we would want a similar app for iphone but now we need that for android.
